HORSE   BOARDING

BARN TOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We are excited to announce that we will soon have riding trails right across the street from us! Buckeye Conservation Project is 725 acres that runs parallel to us, here at Eclipse Ranch, which will become a source of nature-based public recreational opportunities. Our neighbors ranch is comprised of healthy grasslands, shrublands and wetlands, which serves as important habitat for migrating mammals and bird species, and boasts spectacular views. We are very grateful that this land was sold for open space rather than development!
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU : We need proof of utd negative coggins and vaccine records for 5-way/west-nile as well as a de-worming record to know that all horses are healthy upon arrival. We recommend you have a blanket for the colder months and grain for hard keepers. We do not accept cribbers, kickers or higher maintenance breeds such as Warmbloods.

Horses who arrive underweight will cost extra for the additional nutrition needs they require through the daily hay they eat if on free choice hay in a paddock. Those kept in a run will be the responsibility of the owner to provide extra hay/grain.

We
charge board on the 1st of each month.

Our facility is located on the North West side of Fort Collins, on a quiet dirt road. We have an automatic gate system for optimum security. We are nearly a straight shot to CSU, Wellington and Old Town in either direction, each are a 15-minute drive. Our facility includes a 140'x80' Indoor Arena with sand footing and grooming area, 100'x200' outdoor sand arena and (2) approximately 50' sand round pens, all equipped with lights. We have pasture turnouts, individual runs, tack lockers, a small obstacle course, outdoor cold water wash racks, a dog play yard, picnic area, restroom, and shared paddocks, all on 35 acres. Great views of the mountains. Douglas Reservoir is a 5 mile ride or drive straight East on all dirt roads. Low key, family run, relaxed environment and no drama. With everything we have to offer, you never feel crowded. Free trailer parking or tack locker.
