Taft Hill on a dirt road, so we are nearly a straight shot to CSU, which is
about a 15 minute drive. Our facility includes a 100'x200' outdoor sand arena
and 80' sand round pen with light, pasture turnouts, individual runs, tack
lockers for those who don't have horse trailers, small obstacle course, outdoor
cold water wash racks, dog play yard, picnic area, restroom, and shared
paddocks all on 35 acres. Great views of the mountains. Douglas Reservoir is a
5 mile ride or drive straight East on all dirt roads. Low key, family run, relaxed
environment. No drama. We are a quiet facility with just a handful of boarders
so with everything we have to offer, you never feel crowded. We have a lot of
variety in the disciplines practiced. Both English and Western. We also offer
discounts if board is paid early each month, for multiple horses and for
multiple months paid in advance. Free trailer parking. Blanketing and
supplementing available. Amenities planned for 2019: Indoor arena, 2nd
outdoor arena with lights and round pen. Regular prices are as follows for Full
Care Boarding, Lessons & Training. Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds may cost a
little extra due to increased feed needs. Each horse is evaluated individually.

lives on site. Grass, alfalfa and mix hay available and can feed owner provided
grain as needed to horses in individual pens at no extra charge. Located on a
quiet dirt road. We have a combined experience of more than 60 years raising
and training horses. We regularly consult with notable equine authorities such
as CSU, The Colorado Horse Counsel, Local Veterinarians and The Colorado
Extension Office. Foaling services also available.
